Physical Education 


Study about sports is related to physical education. Lesson explained rules and form of Kabaddi game. Psychological descriptions of the game. 


A game is a platform to develop physical ability. There is a lot of physical ability development in the kabaddi. Lesson explain it briefly. Making lows and accepting is the nature of the game. This would promote children to make some lows in their life and accept it accordingly. In the middle of the game, there would have different arguments and fight between the children and it would solve immediately and restart their game like what happened in the game which is explained in the textbook. It is the most important theory in one person’s life. because we are living in the middle of people who have different ideologies.


Children can apply in life by the practice of the game. Mental usage is another important part of the game. Players need to use body and mind in the kabaddi. While riding should think about how to touch others without being in the catch, if catch how to move to the line. And need more attention while riding. These are the most helpful exercises to improve study and give attention to the class and learning. 


Social studies. 


Lesson include social studies in this chapter by describing the gender issue. Such as explained discriminations between the gender like what is the thoughts of society about girls playing especially kabaddi and they will not get married. Discrimination in wearing dresses. To correct misunderstand of a gender problem, the lesson says biography of such person like Karnan Malleshwar and achievement in lifting weight. And there is a brief explanation about three sisters, Jwala, Leela, and Heera who live in Mumbai and came to the stream of the Kabbaddy game and be famous in the kabaddi. 



General Knowledge. 


There is in the lesson key point to learn general knowledge. Indicate about Olympic and request to discuss it more. Information to the medal and who got the medal, why, when. And says about the international game opportunity. 


Here use varieties of narrative methods to deep understanding to children like raising questions, making platform for debate, peer discussions. 
The lesson starts with some questions related to the game. The further question between the lesson and the end of the lesson to improve and think more about sports. Lesson make a place for debate and deep discussions about gender discrimination which help to understand properly. And excise for doing some activities in the classroom like say to take a breath. Different experiences of breathing while playing and out of the play. And through lessons related to childhood experiences. It lot help children to study as Dewey said in the “child and curriculum”.
